Hibernate Bedding Delivery & Shipping Services and Policies

Hibernate Bedding uses USPS to deliver all soft good products anywhere in the US.  Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed excluding weekends and holiday.  If we don't have a product in stock, you will be notified by email, and we will ship it as soon as we have it.  Shipping (non-delivery items) is $35.

Free Delivery on all mattress purchases $899 and above within our delivery radius.  

Delivery service is routed from our central warehouse facility. Trucks are routed, loaded and planned by zip code to make for a more efficient delivery experience for everyone. Please note: a responsible adult 18 years or older must be present during delivery.

Our Sales Professionals can not promise any specific time frame for your delivery to be made, but we will do our best to try and accommodate your schedule whenever possible. The evening before your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a call from us at which time you will be given a 4-hour window for your delivery.

Your purchase is on its way. Sometimes delivery trucks are delayed for various reasons: Heavy Traffic Conditions, Weather Related Issues, Other Customer Delays

SOME HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS:

If you have another appointment, please delegate delivery acceptance to an adult friend or relative.

Please have the area where your new mattress will be set up free and clear of obstacles. This also means your foyer, hallway and staircase.  Our Delivery Teams can not remove their shoes, but will act safely with due care to protect your home.
